2. Scan copy of Driving License on both sides
3. Scan copy of TWIMC issued by the Transport Department of Nepal
4. Scan copy of Driving license information obtained from the online portal of the Ministry of Physical Information and Transport of Nepal
5. Verification fee of Euro 50.00 payable to the Embassy of Nepal
6. Copy of Passport (Page 1 page)
